Wales
Oakwood Theme Parks, Spooktacular is set to return for 2024 with the dates of this years event being announced on their website as 19th, 20th and 26th - 31st October. There will be three attractions on offer in Witch Hunt, Chicken Shed and Clown Saw. Tickets include rides and scares and start from £36.80 when booked in advance. Horror drive through event FestEvil returns in 2024. The event will take place at a new home just outside Wrexham called Park In The Past. The drive through attraction will feature 10 zones and these are Cliff Hanger, Sacrifice, Lights Out, Arachnid, Close Encounters, Doll House, Wasteland, The Unholy, Carnevil and Burial Grounds. Cardiff Halloween Festival have announced that there will be three mazes on offer at this years event with them being Frau Totenreich's Circus of Screams, The Veiled Coven and Outbreak District 19. The event will run for 5 nights on the 25th, 26th, 27th, 30th and 31st October. Tickets start from £15.00. Terror Mountain will once again open its scary doors at The Silver Mountain Experience in Ponterwyd. This year will see a new attraction in Wild Woods 2 join Killerz, Sanctum, Haunted Live and Summoning. The event will run for 6 nights on the 18th, 19th, 25th, 26th, 30th and 31st October. Ffear Fforest returns to Zip World Betws-y-Coed this October and will once again feature the Cursed Coaster and The Nets in its ticket price. Zip World Tower in Hirwaun will once again play host to their Monsters of the Mine event. The event will run between the 18th October and 3rd November. Margam Park and Castle will this year host Fright Night with two different scare levels available in family and extreme horror. (The extreme is just the words they have used for a normal scare experience, it will not be extreme). The event will run for 17 nights from the 18th till the 31st October. Tickets start from £20. Scotland
Outbreak at M&D's near Motherwell returns with a new maze for 2024. 'Freak Show' Look into my eyes. The event will run for 15 nights throughout October between the 4th and 31st. This new maze will be joined by some rides. There are two ticket options available. You can either book just the maze ticket or the Dual ticket that also covers the ride. Kelburn Castle will once again bring the haunted forest to life as Blight. The event will run for 18 nights through October and the beginning of November. Tickets start from £22.50. Northern Ireland
Fright Nights at The Jungle NI are back. Once again, this year will see a a woodland trail and 6 seperate scare attractions. You can either do just the trail or do all of it. The Ward, Inbred Horror House, ClaustraForest, The Circus, The Cornfield and The Haunted Hay Cart are the name of the additional six mazes. The event will run for 13 nights throughout October from the 11th. Prices vary depending on what you are after so you are best looking at the website.
