Halloween 2024 - What We Know So Far - Part 2 - The Midlands

East Midlands


Dr Frights Halloween Nights have announced Route 666 Vol 2 for 2024. The experience will contain 7 horror mazes with Stormvale Cemetery, Slasher House, The Grindhouse Apocalypse, Found Footage, Hollywood Horror: Resurrection, The Island of the Dolls and Killer Clowns: Ultimate Championship. The event will run for 15 nights between the 17th October and 2nd November. Tickets start from £22.95 (BF may apply). Xtreme Scream Park have announced that the event will run for 15 nights throughout October from the 4th October. Tickets start £31.00. The Warehouse of Weird, The Witches of Hard Luck Wood, The Pie Factory, Uncle Eno's Open Acres, Ash Hell Penitentiary and The Village will all be returning as well as a new for 2024 attraction called Blutlust. Notts Maze in Nottingham looks set to return in 2024 with a new version of The Labyrinth called Backwood Terror: The Hillbilly Harvest. A new attraction is coming to Ashton Under Lyme this Halloween called Theatre of Screams. The event will run for 5 nights on the 28th, 29th and 31st October and the 11th and 12th November at the Metro Majestic Theatre. For more information you can visit the Event 2 Scare website.


Fear Island at Fantasy Island in Skegness returns for 12 nights this October. The event will run from the 19th October until the 3rd November. Confirmed returning is The Ravenous. West Midlands


Walsall Scare Maze have announced their new attraction for 2024 as The Haunting of Amelia Birchill. The event will run for 14 nights from the 11th October. Alton Towers Scarefest is set to return in 2024 between the 11th October and 3rd November. New for 2024 will be Compound. Daz Games will be returning as Daz Games: Panic Reloaded. Burial Ground, Altonville Mine Tours: Tiny's Revenge and The Attic: Terror of the Towers will all be returning. For the family side of things, Trick O Treat town will be returning and will be joined by new family attraction Amigos in the Afterlife. Tickets start from £37 for entry to the park and an additional £15 for just the family attractions, £34 for just the mazes or £50 for everything. Screamfest in Burton Upon Trent have started to tease their 2024 event on social media confirming that Love Hurts won't be returning (again). In its place will be a new attraction. It also looks like Creed Farm, Insomnia, Hillbilly Joe's Zombee Zoo and Freakout On Tour will all be returning. The event will run for 14 nights throughout October and the beginning of November. Warwick Castle returns with its Castle After Dark event. The event will run for 5 nights on the 26th, 27th, 29th, 30th and 31st October. There will be 3 attractions on offer though the website doesn't say what these are or if the Warwick Castle Dungeon is one of these. Tickets start from £27.50. Stourbridge Scare Maze returns for 13 nights this October and November from the 11th October until the 3rd November. Tickets start from £20.00. For more information or to book tickets you can visit the Stourbridge Scare Maze website.


Twisted Pumpkin present Fear The Valley. Located in West Bromwich, this charity event will run for 8 nights from the 4th until the 26th October. Tickets start from £10.00. For more information or to book tickets you can visit the Twisted Pumpkin website.


Meltdown returns to Luna Springs in Digbeth as Meltdown: Victor's Revenge part 2. This event will run for 14 nights throughout October and November from the 11th October until the 2nd November.
